Kirik 2b593a528a Fix accessibility: Allow viewport zooming for users with low vision ...

- Remove user-scalable=no which blocks zooming
- Add maximum-scale=5 to allow users to magnify up to 5x
- Complies with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1)
- Allows screen magnification users to properly see content
