Optimize background image and clean up test content

- Convert DESKTOP_NEW_1.jpg (4.5MB) to DESKTOP_NEW_1.webp (571KB)
- Reduce dimensions from 5418x3070 to 1920x1088
- 87% size reduction for faster page load
- Update config.toml to use optimized WebP background
- Remove test text from map.md page
